Step into a sacred and joyful circle where we celebrate the beauty of our body and whole self. Secrets of Moon Time Magic inspires period positivity through a process of self-discovery in a sisterhood community.  

This nurturing, mystical in-person play shop invites girls to embrace their menstrual cycle as a source of power, connection, and magic. Together we’ll explore ancient traditions, moon energy, body wisdom, and self-love through storytelling, gentle movement, art, and ritual.

Filled with mind-expanding information and fun activities, girls will receive things girls don’t often get in school, including:

• Insights into cultural traditions from around the world that honor menstruation

• Mindfulness practices that support health and wellbeing

• Exercises to discover innate gifts and spark dreams

• Creative activities to honor menstruation as a source of power

Participants will gain a more positive perspective of their body and periods, with increased body love, greater confidence and higher self-esteem. Friendships can be formed in a community of peers.

This fun experience offers a powerful rite of passage—and a memory to treasure forever.

For girls ages 10-14, though girls of all ages are welcome.
